ONLY AFTER completing our Online Rental Account Set-Up will any person be able to order online from 17 FPS Inc., however, Phone-In orders can be taken without registering on the site. By agreeing to our Terms Of Service, you (person whom has set-up the account) will be responsible for any and all orders placed by anyone you have given authorization to order from us. A P.O. must be given to set-up an account. A Production Manager, Producer, Production Coordinator or Authorized Key Personnel only shall be permitted to use our Online Ordering. 17 FPS Inc reserves the right to deny any order at any time.
Rental Prices
Prices are calculated at approx. 10%-15% of the total replacement cost of each item. 17 FPS inc. has a minimum order of $25. Cancelled orders with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full and payable immediately. All rentals are based on a weekly rental equaling 5 consecutive days.
Security Deposit
Equipment, Props & Costume – A Security Deposit of 100% of total order is REQUIRED for all rentals at time of booking of ANY ORDER and is returned at the end of the Term or used to cover damage/replacement. Security Deposits are held until ALL Rented items are RETURNED in good order and all outstanding invoice(s) are paid in full. Security Deposits can be accepted in CASH, VISA, Master card, Corporate Cheque or Etransfer. In the case of Corporate Cheque, please make cheques payable to 17 FPS inc.
Expendables
Expendables are paid upon pick-up/delivery or prior and hold no redeemable value if returned. Delivery fees are set by distance at a rate of $4 per km, plus current fuel charge with a maximum distance of 25km, subject to change at any time.
Physical Space Rental
A Security Deposit of $400 is REQUIRED for any space rented from 17 FPS inc in order to secure the days requested and will be deducted from the final bill or kept to cover damages as warranted at our discretion. Boardroom, Workshop or Parking require a minimum 3 day rental unless arranged prior to booking.
Returns
All Returns must arrive prior to 6pm on the last day of the Term.
Damage
Any Unauthorized modification or what 17 FPS inc deem to be a permanent alteration of ANY PROPS or RENTAL ITEMS may be subject to a repair or full replacement charge.
– LOST Props or Location Support Rentals will be charged at full replacement value. A suitable exchange may be considered at the full discretion of 17 FPS inc.
